Blood flow of the heart
Storyboard Text
- Roy has chosen his first ride, the body. As the ride goes up, blood flows through the superior vena cava to the right atrium. As the ride reaches the top, blood flows from the right atrium to the right ventricle, by the tricuspid valve. Roy gets super nervous as he reaches the top... AHHH, Roy screams. While going down, blood flowed from the right ventricle to the lungs, by the pulmonary artery.
- Roy has been wanting to visit a local amusement park, HeartHood, for a while now. He is so excited that he wants to share his journey!
- The body intimidated Roy a little bit. He had never been on a ride like that before, Roy found a bench near by and sat to think about thwere he was going next.
- THE LUNGS
- Roy decided to watch one of the shows shwoing at the amusement park. The show showing was called The Lungs. The show is about the blood flow of the heart from the lungs.
- After the show, Roy decided to head home, but while Roy was going home, he thought of how ride ride would be similar to the blood flow of the heart from the lungs
- On Roy's way home, he took Pulmonary Vein street to the gas station (left atrium). He had to get some gas in his car. As Roy left the gas station, he took Mitral Valve Street on the way home (left ventricle).
- Roy arrived home (left ventricle) and was greeted by his sister Avery. Roy talked about his fun day at the amusement park. Avery seemed a little jealous.
- Could you take me there one day? Avery asked. Sure, we would have so much fun together! Just reminder me to take Aortic Street to the Body next time, traffic was crazy on Mitral Street, Roy replied.
- Yay, thanks Roy! Avery exclaimed. Avery ran up and hugged Roy. They were both so excited to go back.
