- I am so hungry
- This is Nian, nian was always known to be a devious and mean monster.
- New Years was coming up, he was running out of food to eat.
- Before the night if New Years eve, Nian swam up to land to find a village.
- lets scare him away!
- The day turned dark, and he started to terrorise all the villagers, he ate all their crops, livestocks and sometimes even children if they were any nearby.
- The villagers were terrified all night and hid in the mountains.
- morning came by and the villagers found out that Nian was afraid of loud noises, bright lights, and the colour red so they decided to come up with a plan to scare Nian away that night.
