- Hi there, nice to meet you, what are you doing?
- My name is Helicase, and I'm unzipping and unwinding this DNA double helix starting at the replication origin.

- Tip: Remember Adenine and Thymine, with Apple and Tree.AND pair Guanine and Cytosine with Garage and Car.
- Cool! I'm DNA Polymerase. need any help?
- That would be great actually! Can you help replicate each strand of DNA by pairing adenine with thymine and guanine with cytosine?
- Are you talking about Complementary base paring !!!
- DNA Polymerase are adding all of the nucleotides to the leading strand.

- We need to make sure Helicase and Primase are moving in opposite directions, 5' to 3' and 3' to 5'
- My name is Primase, and I can add RNA primers to the lagging strand so that you can synthesize it.

- The DNA strand is Semi Conservative, as half is new and half is old
- They worked together to synthesize the lagging strand. Primase added primers to sections of the strand, and then DNA Polymerase added nucleotides.
