Storyboard Text

  • Sensorimotor Stage (Ages: Birth-2 Years): The baby will learn the world through their senses and through their actions. Range of cognitive abilities begin to develop like object permanence, self-recognition, and representational play.
  • Preoperational Stage (Ages: 2-7 Years): Children at this age tend to be egocentric, and they acquire the ability to internally represent the world through language and mental imagery. Infants at this stage also demonstrates animism, in which they believe that non living objects have life and feelings like a person would.
  • You can't play on the swing or the slide!!!!
  • WAHHHHH YOU'RE SO MEAN AND ONLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF
  • Concrete Operational (Ages: 7-11 Years): The child becomes less egocentric and begins to care about others as shown. Along with this, the child can now use operations so they can conserve quantities, realize that people see the world in a different way than they do, and improved in inclusion tasks.
