- Chlorine and Lithium are both unstable elements, trying to fill the valence shells.

- Chlorine confronts the unimpressed Lithium with a plan.

- Chlorine describes his master plan, and eventually Lithium agrees to swap valence electrons.
- So, since I need 4 more valence electrons and you and your twin Hydie have 4 combined you guys could share with me and we would all have full valence shells.
- Hydrogen and Oxygen are both unstable nonmetal elements, trying to fill their valence shells.

- Oxygen confronts the unimpressed Hydrogen with a plan.

- Oxygen describes his master plan, and eventually Hydrogen agrees and he and his twin sister, Hydie, decide to share valence electrons with Oxygen.
