- Before the conference.....
- Good evening, Mrs. Valdez! I would like to remind you that we will be having an individual conference tomorrow at exactly 10am. The venue will be at my office. We will be talking about your daughter's performance in my class. You may review your daughter's work at home and note some concerns that you want me to address during the conference. I am excited to see you.
- Okay, Teacher Clay. See you tomorrow!

- Good morning, Mrs. Valdez! Please come in and have a seat. By the way, do you want to have coffee or juice?

- I have here some sample works of your daughter, Venice in my class. As you can see, she performs well in English, Filipino, Araling Panlipunan and Science. However, when it comes to Mathematics, Venice finds it hard to solve even the most simple problem that I have given to them.
- Before the conference, Teacher Clay has called Mrs. Valdez to remind her about their parent-teacher conference that will happen the next day. Since Teacher Clay cannot personally go to her house to remind her, she decided to call her on Facebook.

- Don't worry Teacher Clay. I will make sure that my child will eventually improve in Mathematics.
- Don't be upset about it because even though Venice's performance in Math is like that, I can see that she tried all the best that she could just to pass the standards that we have in class. Maybe you need to monitor her more than now. You don't have to worry because I have put extra attention to her so that I could easily address her learning needs.
- The next day, it was already the day of the Parent-Teacher Conference. Teacher Clay welcomed Mrs. Valdez and offered her a seat.

- Teacher Clay has giver her suggestions that could help Mrs. Valdez monitor and help her daughter.
- Moreover, Teacher Clay has also given Mrs. Valdez some learning materials that could help her daughter develop and improve her skills in Mathematics.
- After the conference, Teacher Clay has provided Mrs. Valdez her phone number so that it would be easier for them to communicate with one another if she has any other concerns regarding her daughter. After that, Mrs. Valdez bid goodbye and the conference has ended well.
