- Hi uncle farmer. I have come here to ask what are the conditions faced by farmers in India
- Sure I am telling that to you now. Ana verage Indian far is very small. The reason is simple that the lands get divided among the heirs of the preceding farmer. Farmers are unable to afford costly machines. Farming is mostly done manually.
- Well thats quite bad. What else do you people face. Is there anything worse than that
- Yes there are many other things. Our problems are innumerable. But I would be telling you some. We poor farmers are dependent on monsoons as we don't have money to afford modern irrigation systems. Most farmers in India are illiterate and at the mercy of moneylenders. Our poverty is just enough to make storage of farm product expensive and difficult.
- Well, that is too bad. I think the government authorities need to take a major stem towards the wellbeing of farmers in India. I will always support you and your fellow counterparts. Alright Bye.
