  • I want to be more fit and healthy but I'm not sure how?
  • Well that's simple! You would to assess your physical health and body composition. 
  • Getting To Know Health And Physical Assessment
  • First of all, how do I assess my physical fitness and body composition?
  • In order to assess your physical wellness, there are four key areas; aerobic fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility. When it comes to aerobic fitness it is any type of cardiovascular activities which might include swimming, walking, etc.. Next, practicing muscular strength is important because it builds muscles in the body and makes you more fit. Doing exercises such as cycling and lifting weights are great. However, when it comes to exercising, it is important to assess health too. For instance, body composition is the description of the percentage of fat, bone, water, and muscle that is in the human body. This lets you know what you need to focus on and whether you are consuming enough water or food. Every so often, you should measure your BMI to make sure you as healthy as possible.
