- Determine the Decision
- Should I take the drugs?
- Should I not take the drugs?
- Hey George do you want some drugs?
- I could either take the drugs and be happy, or stay out of trouble and not take them
- Evaluate the Options
- Come on, you know you want some
- Consider the Consequences
- If I take the drugs I could go to jail for having illegal substances, and destroy cells, which could cause cancer!
- Its okay if its illegal, I do this all the time and I've never gotten caught!
- Darius offers George some drugs, Geroge needs to figure out what to do.
- Identify Your Values
- If I take the drugs, I could loose the ability to play sports, and possibly loose the ability to go to the college I want to go to!
- Geroge has to explore the options. Darius is trying to pressure him into doing it.
- Decide and Act
- No Darius! I don't want the drugs, it could affect my ability to play sports!
- Its okay George, I understand...onto the next one
- George considers his consequences, of what could possibly happen to him if he takes the drugs.
- Evaluate the Results
- Dang I got caught, I should have listened to George.
- George knows what his values are and that he could possibly lose them.
- Come on man make a decision!
- Geroge decides the best decision is to not take the drugs.
- George is thankful that he did not take them or he would be in jail right now.
- Good thing I didn't take the drugs, I would be in jail!
