- Saint Paul came from a devoted Jewish family. He was born in Tarsus, Cilicia, South Turkey. He grew up in Jerusalem, and learnt religious scriptures and Greek Philosophy with his siblings.

- Saint Paul had such a strong belief in Judaism that he went as far as persecuting Christians. this included taking part in stoning. He persecuted followers of Jesus because he believed that Jesus died a 'Criminal death'.
- One day, when Saint Paul was riding his horse, He saw Jesus appear to him in a flash of light. Jesus questioned him about his bad ways, and guided Paul to start on a new, right path.
- As Jesus has finally set him on the right path, Saint paul then travelled to Damascus to preach the word of God.
- After a few years of travelling and preaching, Saint Paul returned to the 12 apostles to tell them his journeys. from then on, he spent his days writing scriptures and letters.
- Later in Saint Paul's life, he was beheaded in Rome around 62 AD.
