- It's ok katie, do you want to talk about what is happening at home? Only if you are comfortable about talking about it!

- Decoding: Katie thinks it is really nice of him to listen to her about her problems
- That's so nice of him, he is a really great friend

- I feel so bad! I can't believe her sister would do that no wonder she was so sad!
- Decoding: Ryan realizes why Katie was so upset and feels bad for her

- Yes, that would be great! ... so basically my mom shouted at my for something my little sister, lily, did and I am really upset about it because I got blamed and in trouble for something my sister did

- Message: Katie tells Ryan why she is upset
- I AM SO SORRY KATIE! you really don't deserve that! I know I can't really do anything but if you want we can go get your favorite; strawberry ice cream to make you feel better!
- Feedback: Ryan tells Katie that he feels sorry for her and tries to make her feel better by offering to go get her favorite; strawberry ice cream.
