  • The respiratory system also gets oxygen from air and gives to blood system
  • wow!
  • the trachea carries air from larynx to lungs. The Bronchus is a tube leading from trachea to each lung
  • good question. the nose and mouth warms, filters and moistens the air
  • OK. Now let me tell you a little more about the respiratory system. The parts of it are the nose, mouth, trachea, bronchus, lungs, diaphragm and alveolar.
  • so what do all those parts do for the body
  • Lastly, there is the alveoli which is were CO2 is exchanged for O2
  • Next there's the Lungs that are a sponge-like organ responsible for gas exchange, the diaphragm is a dome shaped muscle under lungs that expands and contacts to allow air in and out of the lungs
