  • omg#160; are you okay..
  • ouch..
  • oh no did you hurt your leg.
  • so I have looked at your leg and it looks like mitosis will help heal it fast.
  • in pain#160;
  • The main phase your cells are in now is called the interphase.
  • During the interphase, two chromosomes are formed and are joined together by the centromere. the centromere is where the 2 chromotids are joine.
  • great..
  • There once was a young man named kevin. he was walking with his friends and talking on the filed when all of a sudden his leg got twisted and he hit the hard ground. his leg got twisted badly. so his friends took him to the clinic.
  • by the way, spindle fibers are the cytoskeleton structure that forms during cell division, Mitosis.
  • during the prophase, the spindle fibers are attached to the sister chromatids at the#160; centromere. Then, the centrioles move to opposites sides of the cell. during the metaphase, spindle fibers pull sister chromatids and line them up in the middle of the cel, which is called the equator
  • the nurse came in and looked at his leg. she explained how mitosis occurs in 6 stages: Interphase, Mitosis, Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase#160; and Cytokinesis. She explains how mitosis helps with cell growth and heals broken bones faster.
  • The nucleus in where the chromosomes and DNA is stored, and the nuclear membrane is the outside protection for the nuclear and the nucleus.
  • After Anaphase, the next phase is called Telophase, in which the chromosomes begin to uncell to form chromatin. the nuclear membrane and nucleus begin to reform around chromosomes. the nucleolus becomes visible again. finally, spindle fibers break down.
  • I completely feel healed already.
  • The nurse explains how during the interphase, twhich is before mitosis begins.the the cells grow and the chromatin starts\ replicating. she also explains to kevin that the interphase is split up into three main parts: G1, S, G2. G1 is when the cells prepare the chromosomes to be replicated. S is when the synthesis occurs, meaning when the chromosomes are replicated and made. Lastly, G2 is when they are finishing up the replication process.
  • Since you now know all about the cell cycle and mitosis, you're all setl you have#160; been healed!
  • great thanks!..
  • The first step in mitosis is the prophase, which is when the chromosomes become visible as paired chromatids and the nuclear envelope disappears. she also said that the second step is called the Metaphase, when the chromosomes become attached to the spindle fibers, which then join to the centromere.
  • The nurse explained to kevin how the third step, the Anaphase, helps him heal by creating more cells. in the Anaphase, then the doubled set of chromosomes separate into two identical groups that move to opposite ends of the cell. this is helpful to him because the cells are in the process of the producing more cells.
  • Right after Telophase,Cytokinesis begins. during Cytokinesis, the Cytoplasm is completely divided. A cleavage furrow forms and the Cytoplasm divides, therefore#160; creating 2 new cells. After this stage, the cycle of cells is complete, and it cycles back through continuously to continue forming new cells.
  • by the way, centrioles are small micro tubules that are mainly composed of a protein called tubulin.
