- The evil jealous queen Delilah kidnapped the sweet and innocent princess Rebecca and hid her in a dank evil tower that is surrounded by flesh eating shark and alligatorsthe evil queen and dragon were in cahoots.

- However, the dragon Penelope was a mother dragon, and felt sorry for the princess. She didn't want to hurt the queen, but she also wanted to save the princessthe dragon went secretly to the farmer boy Jeremiah and asked him to save princess Rebecca cause they knew each other when they were kids. Penelope and Jeremiah set off on a epic quest to save Rebecca.

- Penelope and Jeremiah set off on a epic quest to save Rebeccabut they found some trouble along the way.They get caught in a storm.
- Scene 6
- They fought there way through Goblins and flesh eating Sharks and Alligators and a evil mermaid queen to get to the tower.
- They fight their way out of it and into the tower. Where Rebecca is waiting, hands on hips and checking her watch, having already fought off five bears with her bare hands to get down to the tower door.
- They fly off with Penelope to live with her and her dragon family, happily ever after. Cue Part Two with the misadventures of a human family and their extended dragon family.
