- Represent members in grievances, disciplinary hearings, conciliations and arbitrations where needs be. Provide guidance and assistance to Trade Union Representatives in representing members; Provide advice to members on working conditions, procedure, agreements and policies;
- Trade union organisers have enough knowledge of the structure of the Union to direct complaints or enquiries from members and Trade Union Representatives to the correct Union channels;
- One of the duties of a trade union organisers is to explain the variety of benefits that members enjoy as part of their monthly contributions;
