In the second Punic War, a Carthigian general Hannibal Barca takes his crew towards Rome to attack from the north. He eventually comes to the Alps. He leaves part of his crew at the Alps and takes the rest with him to attack Rome. After that, Carthage gets take over and Hannibal’s crew gets defeated.
In the third Punic War, Carthage gets annihilated. The city gets burned down and salt was laid down so that no crops could grow. Most of the Carthiginians were killed while others were taken as slaves.
