I might just do that. Pack your stuff we leave tomorrow just let me tell Lennie.
Please take me away George. I'm sick and tired of Curley.

You ain't done nothing Lennie. I just want better for myself. You'll be safe here.

What am I gonna do without ya George? Why can't I come wth ya?
Curley's Wife pulls George aside to a hidden corner next to the barn. Curley is looking for his wife while she is hiding from him. She proceeds to ask George to take her away from this place and Curley. George thinks about it, but he ultimately agrees to it. Now George must think about what he should tell Lennie.
Curley's wife impatiently waits for George. George tells Lennie of his plans without him. Lennie is sad that George is leaving him. Lennie thinks that he has done something wrong. George wants Lennie to stay here because it is the safest place for him without George by his side.
Lennie desperately wants to go with George, but he stays put. Lennie watches George and Curley's Wife walk away from him and the ranch. He thinks about how different everything will be without George. Curley finds out that his wife left him for George. He kneels while yelling at the sky and George.
