  • So, I heard that you wanted to learn how a law is made?
  • it starts with a citizen who has a idea, like you and me. a person wanted to have a law made I would have to send in the law by mail and give a good explanation why they want the law.
  • then, it gets sent to congress for them to discuss the law to see if it will be a suitable one or not, 218 out of 435 votes has to get achieved for the law to be passed
  • So,I heard that you wanted to learn how a bill of law is made?
  • YAY! spicy nuggets
  • well, it starts off with a normal citizen like you and me, like if I wanted to have a law made I would have to send in the law by mail and give a good explanation why I want the law.
  • Or I could decide to not pass it and it will get sent back to the congress so they can hold another voting session, also it has to go through the senate again and if they get 2/3 of the votes for senate and congress then I don't have a say in it and it becomes a law.
  • I will except this law to where spicy nuggets are hailed king.
  • this is the congress, where they decide if the law is good or not, they have a voting system in this where if you get more than half of the votes then it will be passed on to the senate.
  • After congress it goes to the senate, same as the congress they discuss the law to see if it would be a reasonable one to pass, they have to get 51 people to vote on it for it to go to the president.
  • now the president chooses between rejecting the bill or letting it become one
  • this is the senate, it is the same process as the congress but it is like level 2 of the process of making a law, just like the congress, they have to get more than half of the votes for the law to pass and go to the president.
