- Yeah, but the principle could see this! You know how he is with this stuff...!
- Pathos
- My brother has DIED from lung cancer... And we were really close to him! We don't want that happening to you!
- Logos
- Ever heard of what that stuff can do to you? Your life span can be cut by 10 years by smoking.
- The principle has a higher status and more creditability, so more people will listen to them. Making this scene an ethos argument.
- A close relative has died because of smoking, so this a very emotional scene. Making this a pathos argument.
- The scene states a fact on how smoking can effect your life span. So this is a logos argument.
