- How long is my order going to take
- My order is taking very long what is taking so long
- It was a busy Friday afternoon at Kentucky Fried Chicken, the time when everyone is grabbing lunch and are in a hurry. Many people started coming in at once and got packed inside and on drive thru really quick/
- I am missing something in my order
- Sir, your order is going to be out in minute
- Can't believe my order took this long
- As it gets busier, food does run out until the cooks make more which takes time. You can always hear the loud sizzling from the deep fryer and the manager loudly requests “more crispy mix chicken” to the cook.
- I am missing my fries
- There are hungry customers patiently waiting inside and drive thru. Customers inside yell “how long is the wait going to be”.
- I put in an extra dessert for the inconvenience.
- Since I am a cashier and take orders on drive thru, I like to keep customers updated on their orders. At the same time customers complain about their order which is understandable because we make mistakes.
- A few customers can be very annoying when working in the fast food industry. They complain a lot for long wait times, the freshness of their food, missing items and even wrong items.
- Being the one who has to resolve the issue can be tough. However i try my best tokeep the customer happy .
