Storyboard Text
- Three nights later old major died peacefully in his sleep. He was buried at the foot of the orchard.
- The three pigs Napoleon, Snowball and Squealer had elaborated on Old Major’s teachings into a system which they named Animalism. They held several meetings during nights of the week when Mr. Jones was sleeping, to expand the principals of Animalism to others.
- Animalism!
- Rebellion was achieved much earlier than expected. When the animals were being neglected, one of the cows broke into the storage shed and they began helping themselves. After seeing this, Mr. Jones as his men began lashing out with whips at the animals.
- The animals, sick of being treated horribly, chased Mr. Jones and his men out of Manor farm and shut the gates on them.
- The day After, snowball and napoleon showed the Animals how they learnt to write. They renamed “Manor Farm” to “Animal Farm” and wrote the 7Commandments based on Old Major’s Speech.
