Here, Jocasta gets onto Oedipus and defends Creon to show that he is not in the wrong. Creon pleads Oedipus to consider it and take what Jocasta is saying into account. pg. 37

Here, Creon and Oedipus both finally settle and agree to disagree. Now that they have both agreed and are understanding each others sides, Creon gets ready to walk out of the palace.
