- A personal trainer (Ola)and a trainee are having a workout session in the trainee’s personal garden.

- The Ola’s phone buzzes on the table ringing, it is her brother calling. There is a candid photo of her brother on the call log, the brother is a teenage boy.
-  ايوة يا ادهم؟
- The brother is standing in the kitchen over the stovetop stirring something in the pan. The laptop is open on the kitchen’s counter in the background on a zoom call while the brother holds his phone on speaker calling his sister .
- عايز ايه؟
- بقولك ايه الحقيني انا فالمطبخ و مش عارف اعمل اكل
- Ola stops for a second to look over to her phone ringing, while telling the trainee to plank while she answers the phone. The already painting trainee looks at Ola in disbelief while she is busy answering her phone.
- Ola answers the call from her brother. She puts the phone between her upper shoulder to support it on her ear while she opens her water bottle to take a sip. The trainer is slightly panting as she answers the phone, slightly out of breath.
- Adham is frantically trying to fix the mess he made in the kitchen, leaving his phone on the counter. The teenage brother is seen putting a sauce filled spoon on top of other dirty dishes on the counter. He accidentally misses the spot and the spoon falls making clattering noises
