- SCOTT (17) is in front of the classroom giving apresentation.
- MADDY (17) walks into the classroom and tries to sneak on by. MR BROOKS (36) is disappointed that she has interrupted a speech.
- Scott, if she means that much to you then you have to tell her.
- Yeah, you’re right.
- Maddy shrugs off Mr Brooks and sits down. Scott hasn’t taken his eyes off of her since she walked in.Scott develops a sweat and fixes up his glasses. Theclassmates begin to chuckle. Maddy has not even looked up to see what is going on. Mr Brooks gives the students a sternlook.
- Don’t do anything stupid though!
- Scott goes to speak but instead lets out a high pitched squeak. Everyone laughs at Scott as he walks out of the room.
- JIMMY (17) chases after him.
- Scott runs off down the corridor.
