- As the group travels, they discover a cave inhabited by the Goblin King and an army goblins. They fight as hard as can but are defeated in the end. It only by the grace of Gandalf that they are saved.

- Bilbo Baggins is having a rough time. It gets even worse when a wizard and a bunch of dwarves start trying to get him to go on some wild quest.
- As the group of tired traveler stop to rest, Bilbo gets kidnapped by some trolls. The dwarves barely save him from his demise.

- The dwarves find the what they were in search of, the lair of Smaug. None of the dwarves can go in because he knows there smell, but he doesn't know Bilbo's and Bilbo has a magic ring that turns him invisible.
