- An employee coming from an overtime that he will not get paid for.
- To think that I am coming from overtime and I won't get paid for it depresses me....

- No I think that we must take it to the management and hear what they say. If we still don't get our payment for the overtime, the we will escalate it to the shop stewards.
- How about we take this to the shop steward?

- Sir, on behalf of our team we have come to ask if we are to still get paid for the overtime each one of us worked last month.
- I dont have time for your stories! You are not gettimng paid any extra money. That was your shift not an overtime.
- Accrding to the Basic Conditions of the Employment Act, an employee has a right and entitlement to demand payment for overtime worked.

- We are facing an issue as the employeses of Spar, of not getting paid for overtime.
- I will schedule a meeting with the management tfor tomorrow and raise this issue to them.
- The employees has raissed an issue with us that they are not getting paid for the overtime and they are not happy witb that.
- Co-workers who have a positive relationship with one another are more likely to perform well and when there is an issue they are able to open up to each other and have more engaging team meeting.

- I have everyone's details. I will just track their working hours and take them to the HR to deal with the paymewnt.
- Every employee has a right to express their dissatisfaction with a shop steward over an employer's claimed failure or denial to comply witn the BCEA.
- The shop stewards have a role and a right of representiong the workers to the management, negotiate workers issues at employees request.
