- Mr. James, I want to inform you that I am not going to manipulate the financial reports. It is dishonest and also a serious crime. You mentioned I would get fired if I did not do so therefore I quit.

- Ms. Roberts I have worked for you for quite a long time and I believe that I should inform you what has happened. I caught my cousin the supervisor stealing money from the transactions.
- What is the reason for this urgent meeting Ms. Karen?

- That is unacceptable you should be more responsible. Completing the work correctly is important to maintain your job.

- Accountants should always be professional. They should know what to do and complete the tasks correctly and responsibly. If they show that they have knowledge they will be seen as a competent workers.

- Amber I think you should maintain information like that confidential to avoid conflicts within rival companies as ours.

- People working within companies should always be truthful to maintain their personal and their companies reputation.
