- Good morning Sir! We also need to talk about  how can we spread awareness about hazards.
- Good morning everyone! Do you have any idea why are we all here right now?
- Good morning Mr. Santos! we are here to talk about on how we will provide services to the residents near the coastline
- Since we have the funds sir, we suggest that we should build engineering structures like dike.
- Great! Since we all know what is the purpose of this meeting do you have any suggestions about the things we need to discuss?
- We interviewed some residents near the coastal area and the main problem is flood when the water rises.
- That's a great idea Mr. Reyes! We can mitigate the effects of hazard in property and loss of lives by doing that.
- That's a good idea, we can hire some engineers to build those hard engineering structures that we help the residents.
- I also have another suggestion we should relocate people near the coast area to a higher ground.
- I agree on Mr. Reyes making a poster is more convenient. 
- Those suggestions are great and we will try to implement that as soon as possible. We should now talk about how can we spread awareness about hazards.
- About that, we can try to  make a poster about the hazard near the coastal area. 
- All residents including child, teenagers and senior citizen should be involved to this so they have the idea on how to mitigate the impact of possible hazards.
- A poster is a great help we can consider that one. We can also provide a program to teach the residents about the possible hazards.
- That is a great idea Sir! We can teach them about Disaster Readiness Risk Reduction.
