- Antigone is getting annoyed with her sister’s choices and explaining that she is not changing her ways and her ways are better.
- “You have made your choice; you can be who you want to be” (Antigone, line 54).
- Antigone is talking to Creon and his guards explaining that her strength is much better than Ceron and that Creon has nothing against her.
- “Creon is not strong enough to get in my way” (Antigone, line 35).
- Creon is stating that he is the only person who is capable of viewing friendship as highly as he does and that he is superior.
- “No one values friendship more highly than I” (Creon, line 27-28
- Teiresias is explaining to Creon that its not to late to make up for his mistakes and that he can still do the right thing and save Antigone.
- The only crime is pride Lines (35) Scene 5.
- Creon is explaining that he is not willing to free Antigone because he does not think she is worth risking his pride for.

- Creon is explaining that he is starting to see his bad ways and is admitting that his crime is mainly from his excessive pride.
