- Okay when I walk in I will make sure to be confident. Maybe I should look in the mirror practice some questions. This is the perfect job I can't mess it up.
- Yes so ever since I've retired from the avengers I have been looking for a job that fits me. I think an HR representative would work well for me because I work well with people/
- Nice to meet you Mr.s Rogers please tell me about yourself?
- Yes so, I like what this company represents. I think it lines up with my personal abilities perfectly and I can fit right in. I would say my greates strength is my leadership. I am able to take charge of any situation but in the best way possible as a leader should. I list to all sides and take action. My most recent accomplishment is defeating an alien enemy that put the entire world in danger named Thanos. I led over 100 superheros into battle and got a victory.
- Okay so just some basic interview questions now. Why do you want to join our company? What is your greatest strength and if you have tell me a recent accomplishment
- My biggest weakness is the level of empathy I carry. Though I am good at listening and understanding empathy often comes in the way. Which in cases is good but not good in others. In ten years I see myself established in this company, I hope to be moving up the ladder in positions of HR and hopefully working at a corporate level.
- Great and I can say I am aware of the work with the avengers. What would you say your biggest weakness and where do you see yourself in 10 years?
- Yes, If I get the job what does my day to day look like? And how long have you been here do you like it?
- I love my job here I have been here for almost 15 years I started as just a receptionsist and showed the boss my skills. Since then it has been nothing but growth. Your day to day would look like coming in going into your office or cubical seeing if theres any paperwork or emails of hires or office issues and you will attend to them either over the phone or in person meetings. Its all simple once you get the hang of it/
