Hades and Persephone
Storyboard Text
- You are now my wife.
- One day as Persephone was picking up flowers outside. Hades saw her and immediately fell in love with her. Hades then brought Persephone to the Under World. Without her permission.
- Hades decided Persephone is going to be his wife and she will stay in the Under World forever. This made Persephone really upset.
- Demeter Persephone's mom noticed she was gone. She called out for her and didn't get a response. Demeter got depressed and earth started to die. Plants started to die, crops didn't grow, and the weather started to get cold.
- Back in the Under World Hades would offer food to Persephone but she refused because when you eat food in the Under World you cant come back to the real world. This made Persephone paler and thinner.
- Hades got worried and decided to tell Persephone if she eats a pomegranate she would be able to visit her mom. Persephone was happy and ate only six seeds. This meas she would be able to stay with her mom every six months then come back to Hades.
- When Persephone reunited back with her mom everything came back to life. Flowers were blooming and crops were growing. This because Demeter was happy. Now all year around seasons change. Whens it's Fall or Winter Persephone is gone and Demeter is sad and crying. When its Summer or Spring Persephone is back with her mother.
