- Yeah, It wasn't always this green color. It was actually a copper color.
- Wait! How does that happen?
- Jake and Ella are on a ferry to go see the Statue of Liberty because they've never seen it in person.
- So it' went through a chemical change and that's why the color changed?
- It was a chemical reaction, where over time the copper color changed because of oxidation.
- They talk about where the Statue came from.
- Oh yeah, I learned about that in chemistry class.
