The story begins when Acrisius,the King of Argos locked his daughter Danae and her son Perseus in a chest and were sent into the seas.Then they finally arrived on an island they couldn't get out until a fisherman named Dictys found it and freed them
Polydectes,the ruler of island wanted to be with Danae but did not want Perseus.So he went to Perseus and asked him to get rid of the Gorgon's on the island,but he told him he wanted the head of one,so Perseus agreed.
After Perseus said goodbye to his mother he sailed off to Greece,not knowing that the two gods Athena and Hermes were watching over him.
As Perseus was wandering he saw a strange and beautiful person. When he saw his wand of gold he knew it was Hermes.Hermes told him he must find the nymphs of the North to get the equipment he needs to kill Medusa,to find the nymphs he must go to the Gray Women who could tell him where to go.
When Perseus found the Gray Women he followed Hermes directions.When one of them took the eye out he grab it,he told them he would give the eye back if they showed him how to find the nymphs of the North. They told him everything in order to get the eye back.
