The King of England's Throne Room
Battling Debt
So, I've decided to pass the Townshend Act so you can pay for this through taxes.
Hi there, colonists. Guess what? That War with the French and Indians put England in debt!
Refusal
No Taxation Without Representation!!!!
I'm a British tax collector. Pay your taxes!
Oh no.
(Partial) Repairs
All right, all right. No more taxes... except on TEA!
Minus discount, plus tax. That work for ya?
Aboard the ship of The East India Company
Monopoly
Also, you'll only get tea from The East India Company. I won't be telling you this part, but, I'm creating a monopoly in order to help Britain.

Every single one of you has to heed to my newest, slightly unfair, acts. (Which you will later name the Intolerable Acts)

TEA
342 crates of tea were dumped into the Boston Harbour by colonists( the Sons of Liberty) dressed as Mowhawk Indians.
This will later lead to the American Revolution, but that's for another comic strip.
