- Nick was on a stroll around the town when he remembered he had to pick up some apples for a pie his wife wanted to bake
- While walking to the check out, Nick slipped and fell on wet floors that did not have a wet floor sign to signal customers the floor was wet
- Oh no! I can not get in trouble for this, I have to go!
- Help! I think i broke my leg!
- The store employee who had failed to put out wet floor signs made a run for it, in hopes he would not get into legal trouble
- I'm going to sue you for Negligence!
- After Nick found out about his injuries, he consulted with his lawyer and headed to court
- Your x-ray results came back, you have a broken leg and two broken ribs
- It is not my fault you fell!
- You not doing your job cost me my leg and my rib, and also my own job!
- In the end, the store worker was liable for the injury and the victim was entitled to compensation for medical bills and other expenses caused from the accident
