Hercules's mother (God Hera) puts a temporary curse on him for his father's errors. As a consequence, Hercules goes to see King Eurystheus, his cousin, which humiliates him by giving him 10 impossible tasks.
Exposition
The conflict starts when Hercules begins his impossible tasks that every time are more challenging. Luckily he is successful. His first task, for example, was to kill an unbeatable lion.

When Hercules finishes the 10 tasks, King Eurystheus gives him two more that are a bigger challenge than the ones before, but Hercules accepted them.

Hercules completes the first one of the two extra tasks (obtaining golden apples from a Titan) and then starts the other one. In this one, he fights Cerberus, a 3-headed hound on hell.
Climax
Hercules presents the last tasks to his cousin (hound and apples) who declares his service complete.
Falling Action
After 12 years, Hercules can return to the god’s Olympus with a great victory, breacking the curse.
