Beowulf vs Grendel's mother
Storyboard Text
- On my way to Grendel's mother, I dove in and swam through the lake to encounter the she-wolf.
- She then took me into a battle-hall of someone else. Even my battle-shell couldn't fight against this, It was the last time anyone would wear it.
- I now have him where I want him so picked up a dagger. Brown with dried battle sweat , and prepared to take avenge for this mortal killing my son!
- She stabbed me but my chainmail shirt protected me against the blade. I saw that she was shocked so I went for the sword.
- Before I knew it my blade met his chest and did nothing.
- I reached for the sword then cut her through the neck until her body fell to the floor lifeless.
- I then looked over to find the rest of grendel's body and took his head for my Trophy for winning. Now i'm on my way back to show my victory to the King.
- I arrived at the Herot with my warriors and brought the head of the monster to the ring giver Hrothgar. His face was filled with emotions. And i was now the savior of the danes.
