- The Battle of Medina was a very bloody fight. Gutierrez de Lara met Augustus Magee and they created the Republican Army and tried to fight for the independence of Mexico.
- The Constitution of 1824, Mexicans wanted a change in the government. So they called a constitutional assembly to write a new one. Which is known as "The Federal Constitution of 1824".
