  • Stress can affect your Mental/Emotional Wellness. There's 3 stages of stress:- Alarm StageThis is also known as "fight or flight".- Resistance StageThis is if you stay in the alarm stage and deal with the situation.- Exhaustion StageAfter an extended period of time, your body can no longer deal with the stress.
  • What are ways you can manage stress?- Set appropriate goals for yourself. Achieving challenging goals is something that makes people feel good about themselves. - Use positive self-talk and do not think negatively about yourself. Tell yourself that you are capable of accomplishing things.- Be open-minded.-Take responsibility for your actions. - Focus on your strengths and learn to recognize your limitations. - Recognize your unique abilities and talents and put them to good use.
