- Living with Children can be hard! There's a lot of things that can go wrong!
- That's why it's necassary to identify the hazards and make sure that your house is a safe as possible!
- The kitchen is of the most dangerous places in the house. There are a lot of ways for children to get hurt.
- Make sure that you keep things like cleaning chemicals and raw meat out of reach of children. Keep all dangerous cooking tools out of reach as well. Also never leave your children alone in the kitchen!
- When your children begin to walk they will want to grab onto things for support. Make sure to keep them away from things like bookcases that could fall on them.
- In places like the laundry room there are a lot of dangerous chemicals. Make sure to keep your children out of the laundry room unless there is an adult in there with them.
- Fireplaces are VERY dangerous. Lit or not. Always make sure there is an adult watching your child around a fireplace. Especially if it's lit.
- So there you have it. Those were just a couple of the many ways to protect your children from everyday hazards.
