- Yes, I just started today.
- You must be our new nurse!
- What is the first step?
- well, lets begin. We have a 78 year old male resident who has recently got diagnosed with covid and we must give him his medications, but first we must properly prepare
- First we must wash our hands. How we do it is, we turn on the water, gather some soap, scrub for 20 seconds, wrist, palms, in between fingers. after you get a few paper towels, one to dry off your hands and the other to turn off the water. and then on to the next step

- Next step is to properly dress in our PPE. First we put our hair nets on, them our masks, next our fluid-resistant gown, and finally our gloves.Lets get ready
- Now that we are all set we can go see our patient now.
- Once we are done seeing our patient, we must follow a few steps to make sure we don't continue to spread the illness. First we must dispose of our PPE, next we must sanitize our hands and the environment of the room, next we must go wash our hands just like we did before seeing the patient.
- You have completed the first part of your training. we will continue tomorrow.
