- I am your shield,your reward shall be very great
- God speaks to Abraham, calling him to bless the people of Israel. Abraham accepts the call.
- In the future, God presents the Ten Commandments.
- Abraham lived among the trees and set up an altar to praise the lord.
- Abraham has a vision from God.
- “We will do everything the Lord has said; we will obey.”
- Abraham sacrifices his only son Isaac for the sake of the Lord, however God speaks to him, saying that he is pleased with Abraham's fear of the Lord. God suggests the sacrifice of a lamb instead.
- As God was pleased with Abraham's obedience to the covenant, He presents the Ten Commandments.
- Moses presents the Lord's covenant of the Ten Commandments to the people. They agree to obey them, confirming humanity's covenant with God.
