I'm not physically active when I was young, and it shows. My body is so weak now that I'm old. I regret not having enough exercise. AHA!
It's never too late you know. Exercising is not only for young. There is no specified age to be fit. Fitness is for everyone.
Fitness is important for good health, it makes your body strong even if you are of old age. It has a lot of benefit to body, mind, emotions and social interaction.
We should take care of our body so that we won't regret.
