- In a part of the forest near where Titania was, the actors were rehearsing for the play. Puck, observing them, found them silly and decided to turn Nick Botton into a donkey, with the aim of making Titania see him and fall in love with the creature.

- When Nick Bottom appears to play his role in the play, everyone is afraid of his new appearance and runs away, Puck also places a curse on the actors. With that, to show courage to be alone in the forest, Nick starts to sing and ends up meeting Titania.

- Titania, who was sleeping, wakes up to hear the song that Nick Bottom was singing and immediately upon seeing him falls in love. So the Queen asks the fairies to give Nick everything he wants, he finds this attitude a bit rash, but Titania stops him from leaving and orders the fairies to take him to their nest.

- In another part of the forest, Puck tells Oberon that he made Titania fall in love with the bewitched human. Oberon is overjoyed, but discovers that the elf put the flower juice in the wrong human's eyes when he sees Demetrius and Hermia arguing. Soon after, when Hermia leaves to look for Lysander thinking Demetrius killed him, Oberom puts the plant's juice in the right human's eyes and orders Puck to find Helena and take her there.
- Look at Helena when you wake, then for her, your heart will ache
- When Helena arrives at the scene, Demetrius wakes up and immediately falls in love with her, so Lysander and he start fighting over Helena's love, as the two were bewitched. Helena, however, thinks that this is a mean joke and that they were only trying to hurt her feelings, as they both loved Hermia. Her friend appears at that moment and when being rejected by Lysander starts to fight with Helena, because she thinks that Lysander's fault not loving her anymore is Helena's. The men decide to fight for Helena's love and Hermia wants to hurt her for Lysander's love.
- Oberon and Puck watch the whole mess. Oberon then orders Puck to make a fog and make everyone sleep and apply the flower juice to Lysander's eyes so that he will love Hermia again, the king still says that after they resolve this they will go after the boy Titania protects and then remove her spell. Puck obeys and lures them into the fog making them sleep, with that or elf puts the flower juice in Lysander's eyes making him love Hermia.
