  • 
  • The Hadleys have a futuristic home with a simulation nursery. They suspected something weird was going on in the nursery, so they decided to check it out.
  • “Well" said George Hadley as he and his wife stood in the nursery. “But nothing’s too good for our children,” said George.
  • Suddenly an African veldt appeared out of nowhere. Both Lydia and George Hadley were shocked and confused.
  • “Wait a moment, you’ll see"
  • The veldt started to become hot and seem very real. 
  • “Let’s get out of this sun,” he said. “This is a littletoo real. But I don’t see anything wrong.”
  • what.”
  • “You see, there are the lions, far over, that way. Now they’re on their way to the water hole.They’ve just been eating I don’t know what.”
  • The Hadleys were surrounded by wild animals and it started to feel more and more real.
  • “Some animal. A zebra or a baby giraffe, maybe.”
  • “Are you sure?” Mary Maloney was becoming very nervous.
  • Mr. Maloney still wanted to find out why the nursery seemed so realistic, but he knew that his wife wanted to get out of the nursery.
  • “No, it’s a little late to be sure,” he. Nothing over there I can see but cleanedbone, and the vultures dropping for what’s left.”
  • "We need to get out of here right now, I don't think this is just a simulation."
  • “Did you hear that scream?”
  • Mary Maloney heard a scream, but George did not. The Hadleys noticed the lions were getting closer and closer and decided to leave the nursery in a panic. 
  • “No.”
  • "Okay. Let's go"
