- A LETTER TO GOD
- The only thing my corn field requires is a good downpour . And i know it will rain today.

- yes son ,seems like this year harvest is going to serve us well !

- papa it is raining just like you predicted !! you are the besttttt

- A plague of locusts would've left more! All our work ,for nothing! we will go hungry this year ... God please help
- Lencho is a poor farmer who is the sole bread-earner of the family. Throughout the morning Lencho stood in his corn field and waited for the rain to come because the only thing the earth needed was a good downpour or atleast a shower .

- God will always be there for me. I'm sure he will help me by sending money
- Just like how Lencho predicted , that night during supper it started to rain. Lencho felt like the huge rain drops were like 10 pesos and small ones were 5 pesos. But the happiness soon turned into a TRAGIC....

- Haa! I wish I had this much faith in something, I should help him ...
- He must be out of his mind .. who writes a letter to the God?!
- A huge hailstorm destroyed Lencho's field, he was very devastated and very upset because he was worried that his Family would starve this year .. he had no one to help him except his only Faith : GOD
- God, Of the money that I asked for, only seventy pesos reached me. Send me the rest, since I need it very much. But don’t send it tome through the mail because the post office employees are a bunch of crooks. Lencho.
- LETTER BY LENCHO
- Lencho's only faith was God, he believed God so much that he sat down all night and wrote a letter to God saying he needed 100 pesos to re-sow his entire field so that his family would not starve this year. he then posted the letter in the post office ..
- The postmaster read the letter as it was addressed to God, at first he laughed but then understood lencho's urgency and decided to help. he was only able to collect 70 pesos from his colleague...he then posted the letter with only a sign God....

- When Lencho opened the letter posted by the postmaster he noticed that there was only 70 pesos but he asked for 100 pesos, he became all upset and angry and again posted " A letter to God "THE END.
