- Once upon a time, a girl loves play with tractors and trucks. Her dream is to work in constructions. She wants to create and build house to make people happy! But his father didn't agree :
- Carol, what are you doing? You can't play with these joys, it's for your brother not for you.
- Play with your dolls, we buy it for you!
- The mistress didn't agree too, she said that this work his for men with muscles, not for girl. She said to Carol to work in a hair salon because she loves style her friends.

- After her graduation, she tries to find her dream job : work in construction sites to build houses. But she was always refuses because she was a girl. So she starts to become desperate...
- HAHAHAHA!!! YOU, work on construction sites. You're kidding right? I can't accept women work with my teams.
- Maybe my dad is right, I can't work in construction... But I must fight the stereotypes of women can't work on construction sites.
- I must show to the world that women can work in the construction.
- So, she starts by herself to find small job and ask many people if they want help to repair their house. And one day :

- And that how she has her first job. She's very happy and have many idees to decorate this tree house. She hopes that her dad will be proud. And this is how she going to show to the world that women can work in construction, and it's working! Carol has the power to change how women are seen and that women can work in construction sites without discrimination.
