Storyboard Text
- The journey to the Witch's castle was not easy. They face a lot of challenges in their way. The Wicked Witch set wolves, crows, black bees and the Winkies to kill Dorothy and her friends but they failed to do so. Finally the Witch used her magical Golden Cap to summon the winged monkeys and told them to destroy Dorothy and her friends and to bring the lion to her castle. The monkeys disable the Scarecrow and Tin Woodman but did not harm Dorothy when they saw that she had been kissed by the Good Witch.
- The Winged Monkeys took Dorothy and the lion to the Wicked Witch who imprisoned the lion and made Dorothy her slave.
- One day the Witch stole one of Dorothy's silver shoes. This made her angry and Dorothy threw a bucket of water on the Wicked Witch. Instantly the Wicked Witch shrank and melted away.
- After killing the Witch, Dorothy and her friends went back to The Emerald City. DDorothy became sad and angry when they found out that the Wizard of Oz did not have any powers and that he was an ordinary man. The Wizard told them that he would help them. He gave a fake brain and a heart to the scarecrow and the tin woodman and gave the lion a drink which gave him courage. He and Dorothy made a hot air ballon to take Dorothy back to Kansas but it flew away before she could board it.
- I cannot help you. I am a fraud. I do not have any powers for I am an ordinary man and not a Wizard.
- Dorothy takes the advice of the Guardian of the Gates and goes to the country of the Quadlings to see Glinda the Good Witch of the South.
- If you go to the country of the Quadlings to see Glinda, The Good Witch of the South, she might be able to help you to go back to your home.
- Glinda tells her that the silver shoes which she is wearing has magical powers and the shoes can take her any place she wishes to go. So Dorothy embraces her friends and kissed the goodbye. She took Toto in her hands and knocked her heels together three times and reached Kansas.
- The silver shoes you are wearing have magic powers. They can take you wherever you want to go. Just knock your heels together three time and say where you want to go.
- As soon as she landed she hugged her Uncle and Aunt and told them that she she was happy to be home again.
- I am happy to home again.
