- The man was returning to the hill temple at 9 o'clock when his car broke down.
- When did you come here? Who are you?
- Look here, Anil Doss, my car has suddenly broken down. I don't know what is wrong. Can you help me start it?
- The man was waiting for help when another man appeared.
- My name is Anil Doss, and I am a driver, sir.
- I heard that news. But the driver wasn't killed in the accident?
- *fix*
- Anil started fixing the car. Then, he told the man that he got into an accident in the same spot.

- My Austin Sedan dashed against a boulder and was smashed to bits.
- No, sir.
- The man held up two rupees for Anil but he refused the money. He started the engine and decided to see his so-called master the next day.
- Alright, I will give you money for your service.
- No need, Sir. I just want to ask you a favor. Will you kindly go to my master? Please tell him that I wasn't drunk when the accident happened.
- Are you sure it was him?
- The man traced the owner of the wrecked Austin. He conveyed to him the driver's message.
- I don't know... He gave your address, and it seems he had been with you for twenty years and that you had an Overland once...
