  • Wherefore doust this man/boy talkest me this way?
  • In fair Verona where we lay our scene, Act 3 Scene 1 unfolds before us with the artistry of Ethan Fowles.
  • "I do protest I never injured thee,But love thee better than thou canst devise,Till thou shalt know the reason of my love.And so, good Capulet—which name I tender As dearly as my own—be satisfied." (3:1:39-43)
  • Here unfolds civil feud between two houses. Romeo shuns his honor as dear Tybalt honors a fight!
  • Tybalt's angry bests him, so with cold hands stabs Mercutio. Exit Tybalt and all Capulet, for they know someone's life must be spent.
  • "Draw, Benvolio. Beat down their weapons.Gentlemen, for shame! Forbear this outrage.Tybalt, Mercutio! The Prince expressly hath Forbidden bandying in Verona streets.Hold, Tybalt! Good Mercutio!" (3:1:53-56)
  • I'm Hurt!
  • Mercutio dead, ascended he, with cold heart Romeo's revenge. Now Tybalt lies with the angels, but who will pay the price for death. Our beloved Prince declares he, Romeo be exiled and nevermore seen.
